1. General Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IPTV subscription service ("Service") provided by KiwiSun, operating through the website kiwisun.ie ("Website"). By purchasing a subscription or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
KiwiSun is a trading name registered at 32/36 May Street, Belfast, BT1 4NZ, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", "our" refer to KiwiSun. References to "you", "your", "subscriber" refer to the individual purchasing or using our Service.
2. Service Description
KiwiSun provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription service that delivers live television channels, on-demand movies, series, and sports content via internet streaming. Our Service includes:
- Access to 1,000+ live television channels including Irish, UK, and international broadcasters
- On-demand library of 50,000+ movies and television series
- Live sports coverage including GAA, Premier League, Champions League, UFC, and more
- Streaming in up to 4K Ultra HD quality (dependent on your broadband speed)
- Compatibility with multiple devices including Firestick, Smart TVs, phones, and tablets
- 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp, email, and phone
Channel availability and content libraries may change from time to time without prior notice. We endeavour to maintain a comprehensive and high-quality selection at all times.
3. Eligibility & Account
To purchase and use our Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where the use of IPTV services is permitted. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Each subscription provides login credentials (username and password) for use by a single household. Sharing credentials with individuals outside your household is not permitted and may result in suspension of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. Our current subscription plans are:
- 1 Month: €14.99 (one-time payment)
- 3 Months: €29.99 (one-time payment)
- 6 Months: €39.99 (one-time payment)
- 12 Months: €49.99 (one-time payment — best value)
All subscriptions are prepaid, one-time payments for the selected duration. There are no recurring charges, automatic renewals, or hidden fees. When your subscription period expires, you may renew manually by contacting us.
We accept payment via Revolut, Wise, and cryptocurrency. Payment details and instructions are provided during the ordering process via WhatsApp.
KiwiSun reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions and will only apply to new purchases or renewals made after the effective date of the change.
5. Activation & Delivery
Upon successful payment, your IPTV subscription is activated and your login credentials are delivered via WhatsApp within minutes. In rare cases, activation may take up to 24 hours.
Your subscription period begins from the moment your credentials are delivered, regardless of when you first use the Service. It is your responsibility to set up and begin using the Service promptly. Our setup guide provides step-by-step instructions for all supported devices.
6. Refund Policy
Money-Back Guarantee: If you experience persistent technical issues within the first 7 days of your subscription that our support team cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a refund request.
Refund eligibility requires that you have contacted our support team first and allowed us a reasonable opportunity (at least 48 hours) to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Refund requests made after 7 days from activation are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances: change of mind after successful activation, failure to use the Service during the subscription period, issues caused by your broadband provider or local internet connection, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
By using our Service, you agree not to:
- Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense your subscription credentials to any third party
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any aspect of the Service or its technology
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Record, capture, or redistribute any content streamed through the Service
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service
- Deliberately attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage our servers or infrastructure
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
8. Devices & Compatibility
Our IPTV Service is compatible with a wide range of devices including Amazon Firestick, Samsung Smart TVs, LG Smart TVs, Sony Bravia, Android TV boxes, iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets, MAG boxes, and Windows or Mac computers. Supported applications include IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smart IPTV, and IBO Player.
For optimal streaming quality, we recommend a minimum broadband speed of 10 Mbps for HD content and 25 Mbps for 4K Ultra HD content. KiwiSun is not responsible for streaming quality issues caused by insufficient broadband speeds, network congestion from your ISP, or hardware limitations of your device.

10. Service Availability
KiwiSun strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for our IPTV Service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Occasional disruptions may occur due to server maintenance, software updates, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of a planned maintenance window, we will endeavour to notify subscribers in advance via WhatsApp or email. For extended unplanned outages exceeding 48 hours, affected subscribers may be eligible for a proportional extension of their subscription period.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiwiSun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
KiwiSun is not liable for content made available through third-party channels or on-demand libraries. All content is provided "as is" and channel lineups may change without notice.
12. Changes to Terms
KiwiSun reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Significant changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated via WhatsApp or email.
