Welcome to KiwiSun.ie. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our IPTV subscription service ("Service") provided through our website at kiwisun.ie and related platforms. KiwiSun.ie provides IPTV streaming services to customers in Ireland and operates under Irish law. Our service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

1. Introduction

KiwiSun.ie ("we," "us," "our") operates an IPTV subscription service that provides access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and catch-up TV services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user," "subscriber," "customer") and KiwiSun.ie.

By subscribing to our service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
  • You are a resident of Ireland or have a valid Irish address
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You will use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only

2. Service Description

Our IPTV subscription service includes access to:

  • Over 1,000 live television channels from Ireland, UK, Europe, and internationally
  • Video-on-Demand (VOD) library with movies and TV series
  • Catch-up TV functionality (up to 72 hours on supported channels)
  • Electronic Programme Guide (EPG)
  • Multi-device compatibility (Smart TV, Fire Stick, mobile devices, etc.)
  • HD and 4K streaming quality (where available and supported)
  • 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp

The specific channels and content available may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. We continuously work to improve and expand our channel lineup.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • 1 Month: €14.99
  • 3 Months: €29.99
  • 6 Months: €39.99
  • 12 Months: €49.99 (Most Popular)

All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

Note: Each subscription is valid for one device connection at a time. If you wish to use the service on multiple devices simultaneously, please contact us for multi-connection options.

4. Free 24-Hour Trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial to allow potential customers to evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription.

  • The trial provides full access to all channels and features
  • No credit card or payment information is required for the trial
  • Each customer is entitled to one free trial only
  • The trial automatically expires after 24 hours with no obligation to subscribe
  • To request a trial, contact us via WhatsApp

We reserve the right to refuse trial requests if we suspect abuse of this offer, such as multiple trial requests from the same individual.

5. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer
  • Other methods as communicated via WhatsApp

Payment is required in full before activation of your subscription. Upon successful payment, you will receive your login credentials via WhatsApp or email within 5-30 minutes.

Subscriptions do not automatically renew. When your subscription period ends, you will need to manually renew by contacting us and making a new payment.

6. User Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
  • Not share your subscription with others outside your household
  • Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security or access restrictions
  • Maintain a stable internet connection suitable for streaming (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
  • Use compatible devices and applications as recommended
  • Report any technical issues or unauthorized account access immediately

Warning: Sharing your login credentials with others or using the service on more connections than your subscription allows may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Recording, downloading, or redistributing content
  • Publicly displaying content in commercial venues (bars, hotels, etc.) without proper licensing
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our service
  • Using automated tools or bots to access the service
  • Circumventing geographical restrictions
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% server uptime and provide reliable streaming service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or updates
  • Outages caused by third-party providers or internet service providers
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
  • Channel changes or removals by content providers
  • Geographic restrictions imposed by content owners

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned maintenance and to resolve any service issues promptly.

9. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 7-Day Satisfaction Period: If you experience persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • No Refunds After 7 Days: Refund requests made after 7 days from the subscription start date will generally not be accepted.
  • No Refunds for Policy Violations: Accounts terminated due to Terms violations are not eligible for refunds.
  • Trial Users: Free trial users have no payment to refund.

To request a refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp with your subscription details and reason for the request. Each case is reviewed individually.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection laws.

Information we collect includes:

  • Contact information (email, phone number for WhatsApp communication)
  • Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment providers)

The KiwiSun.ie name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription
  • We are not responsible for content accuracy or third-party actions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Termination

Your subscription may be terminated:

  • By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for services.
  • Automatically: Your subscription ends when the paid period expires and is not renewed.

Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and your login credentials will be deactivated.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For significant changes that affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via WhatsApp or email.
